Ingredients

Tealeaves Organic Peppermint Tincture

Tealeaves Organic Peppermint & Butterfly Pealeaf-infused Gin

Second Spring

  • 1.5 oz TEALEAVES Organic Peppermint & Butterfly Pealeaf-Infused Bombay Gin
  • 0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.25 oz Cream
  • 0.25 oz Sirop d’Orgeat
  • 1 Egg White

Accoutrement

  • 2 drops of Tincture, 1 oz Prosecco to top up

Instructions

Tealeaves Organic Peppermint Tincture

  1. Add Organic Peppermint teabag to 151-Proof Rum. Stir and infuse (16 hrs).
  2. Remove teabag.

Tealeaves Organic Peppermint & Butterfly Pealeaf-infused Gin

  1. Add Organic Peppermint teabags and Butterfly Pea Flowers to Gin. Stir and infuse (16 hrs).
  2. Strain out teabag and pea flowers.

Second Spring

  1. Put all ingredients into an ISI whipping siphon.
  2. Shake, siphon and double strain ingredients into coupe. Top up with Prosecco. Add two drops of tincture. Enjoy!
