HOW CAN CHANGE MY DELIVERY DATE?  

To change your delivery date, first login to your Account. Select "Manage Subscriptions" and then navigate to "Delivery Schedule". Delivery date can be edited to suit your schedule.

HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS?

Subscriptions can be scheduled in monthly, two-month, and three-month intervals. With a flexible model, you are free to modify pause, or opt-out at any time. Timing is set on a product level. For example, if there is one blend that you enjoy more frequently, you can choose to receive it more often, while other blends can be scheduled for delivery for a longer time period.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY FREQUENCY?

To modify the frequency of your subscription, visit your Account. Once logged in, you can select "Manage Subscriptions" and navigate to the "Delivery Schedule" to review the next date that your subscription order will be processed. Please note that you can expect subscription products to arrive within 5-10 business days after the posted order placement date. Subscriptions can be scheduled to arrive monthly, every two months, or every three months, for each product subscribed to.

CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO SEVERAL ITEMS?

Your can subscribe to as many items at a time, as best suits your lifestyle. We currently offer our Signature and Classic teabags for subscription.

HOW DO I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Products can be added to your subscription on the product page, or within the "Manage Subscription" settings in your Account. On the product page, selecting the subscription purchase option adds the product to your cart as a subscription product and allows you to select the frequency. Within your account, select "Add Product" in your Subcriptions tab to add products.

CAN I PAUSE OR SKIP A SHIPMENT?

Your subscription can be paused at any time within your Account. Log into your Account and click "Manage Subscription" on the product that you would like to pause or skip. From there you can change your subscription frequency, or place a pause on the order.

HOW DOES SUBSCRIPTION PRICING WORK?

Subscribers automatically enjoy 5% off the regular price for the products subscribed to, every time your product ships. Please note that because your 5% savings is always based on the current retail price, your cost per shipment may vary slightly (which also means that you are eligible for a further discount should the product you’re subscribed to go on sale).

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT?

Your subscription payment method can be changed within your Account. Log into your Account and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" and then "Billing Information". Here you can make changes to the billing details stored for your subscriptions.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Subscriptions can be cancelled on a product-level in your Account. Login to your Account and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions", then "Subscriptions" to cancel individual items from your plan.
