  • 1 Avocado (frozen)
  • 14 Oz. Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • Pure Maple Syrup (to taste)
  • Vanilla Extract (to taste)
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • For Garnish: Apple Slices, Oats, Chia Seeds, Pecans (optional)
  • Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    2. Divide smoothie into two serving bowls.
    3. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
