Mixologist's Notes:
Blending Tea + Color + Mood

"Organic Long Life Green tea is relaxing, meant as a high antioxidant detox. The Asian pear is another ingredient that's very subtle. Nothing in this drink is overly aggressive— it's green, clean and cool."

Hyde Park Haiku

“I decided to go with cucumber, Asian pear, sake and shiso. Shiso has a very unique flavor, almost cumin-like. We finished off with a splash of Prosecco to add effervescence and acidity to the drink.” - Steven Minor, MO Bar & Lounge Manager at Mandarin Oriental, Miami
