Four Seasons Sour

  1. Put all ingredients (excluding garnish) into a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Shake again.
  5. Double strain into cocktail glass.
  6. Use a blender to blend the Four Seasons Hong Kong tea leaves.
  7. Sprinkle blended Four Seasons Hong Kong tea leaves over the “FS” cocktail stencil.
