Composed Chamomile Dessert

Composed Chamomile

The #PaletteForYourPalate Tea Dessert Composed Chamomile is Sous-Chef Elaine Wong’s creation, inspired by TEALEAVES Organic Chamomile Blossoms + Pantone 116C + Mood: Calm.

Organic Chamomile Blossoms’ tranquil qualities help the body unwind.

Carefree days filled with calm and comfort evokes the nostalgia of lying in a field, the gentle hum of bees happily drifting by with golden treasures.

“Sparkling with optimism, this warm and engaging yellow provides hope and comfort.”

Chef's Notes:
Blending Tea + Color + Mood

“Organic Chamomile Blossoms is similar to a medicinal blend, so I wanted to carry that aspect into the dish. I added turmeric, a wonderful digestant and food colorant, along with some honey. Calming, sweet medicine in a bowl.”

— Elaine Wong, Sous-Chef at Omni King Edward Toronto
