About This Blend

Like a painter approaching his canvas, the TEALEAVES Tea Master approaches a new blend equipped with a palate of flavors and aromas. Deftly layering flavors, he creates teas with exceptional complexity and meaning, capturing the inspiration for the blend. An uncompromising craftsman, he will not accept mediocrity, choosing to destroy blends he is not happy with rather than let them pass another's lips. The Tea Master's blending philosophy is simple; allow the radiance and purity of each element to shine and intertwine in anarchic harmony. The essence of tea is slow and intentional, not seeking but open to inspiration from art and beauty in everyday life.

Unique Earl Grey

The addition of blackcurrant with the bergamot is excellent. Feels very warming and comforting. Perfect for cooler weather. Almost reminds me of a subtle red wine. One of my favorites.

Perfectly balanced flavors

Great cup of tea. Being a lifelong tea hunter, I love it when I find something unique and balanced. This tea delivers on both a fruit forward scent and perfectly balanced flavors. Subtle Earl Grey (wouldn't really know it, if you weren't looking for it) mixed with sweet umami fruitiness, that is not cloying. Not overly sweet or "chemically" flavored, just clean crisp black tea with hints of deep summer flavors. I seldom give tea as gifts, as it's such a personal preference. But I have ordered three of these tins (deliciously packaged by the way) as gifts for friends knowing it will please a wide range of tea drinkers from occasional sippers to diehard enthusiasts. Great Find!

A Transcendent Cup of Tea

I’m so delighted to have found a source for the St. Regis blend. It brings back wonderful memories of afternoon tea with friends at one of my favorite Houston spots. It’s become a frequent ritual at home this past year. The perfect composition of excellent black tea, blackcurrant and bergamot yields a particularly fine cup and has me looking forward to future gatherings at the St. Regis.❤️
