Ingredients

Ginger Oolong Honey Sugar Syrup

The Royal Tea

  • 3 tsp Pomegranate Seeds
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz Ginger Oolong Honey | see above
  • 0.25 oz Beet Juice
  • 2 oz Vodka

Garnish

  • 1 sliced Candied Beet

Instructions

Ginger Oolong Honey Sugar Syrup

  1. Combine water, honey, contents of 1 Organic Imperial Oolong Teabag and ginger to make tea-infused sugar syrup. Let cool (60 min).
  2. Strain out tea. Refrigerate.

The Royal Tea

  1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously
  2. Spoon pomegranate seeds into shaker. Gently press to extract juice.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, ice, and stir.
  4. Double strain into chilled martini glass, garnish and enjoy!
