Before or after the event, enjoy chocolate caramel hearts while you watch Pacific Northwest Ballet's virtual production of Roméo et Juliette.

Your TEALEAVES Idealist Infuser can be used to steep all teas — use 2 teaspoons in the infuser to steep enough for 2 cups of tea for a small teapot.
During the tea & chocolate tasting, our master tea and chocolate sommeliers recommend to cleanse the palate with sips of water in between tastings.
The Tasting
You will be guided through a tasting of three teas, each beautifully paired with numerous decadent chocolate truffles and caramels.
As you enjoy the experience, we welcome you to jot notes in your lovely PNB notebook of the flavors you encounter or thoughts that arise from the pairings.

Grey Salt Caramels
Soft, butter caramel is dipped in dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkling of gray sea salt harvested off the coast of Brittany.
Smoked Salt Caramels
Soft, butter caramel is dipped in milk chocolate and finished with sea salt that has been lightly smoked over Welsh oak.
