Ingredients

Tealeaves Monsoon Chai-infused Bacardi Superior Rum

Strawberry Coconut Purée

  • 1 can (15 oz) Cream of Coconut
  • 1 ½ cups Strawberries

The Pink Monsoon

Garnish

  • Mint Sprig, Pink Umbrella

Instructions

Tealeaves Monsoon Chai-infused Bacardi Superior Rum

  1. Add 3 Monsoon Chai Teabags per 1 liter of Bacardi rum.
  2. Infuse (24 hrs), then remove teabags.

Strawberry Coconut Purée

  1. Blend cream of coconut and fresh strawberries until smooth.

The Pink Monsoon

  1. Add Monsoon Chai-Infused Rum, Strawberry Coconut Purée, Pineapple juice and ice to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish and enjoy!
