The Madhattan

“At The Royal Hawaiian, A Luxury Collection Resort, our beverage program is built on taking the freshest ingredients and handcrafting them with the highest quality spirits to provide an exceptionally unique product that we can be proud of.

I have never incorporated tea into any cocktails previously, so the high quality of Tealeaves and its intricate flavor profiles were very exciting to work with."

“The Manhattan is a classic cocktail and one of my personal favorites.

It was insane how well the robust flavors of the Mad Hatter’s Teaparty Loose Leaf Blend paired with bourbon. Instead of just infusing a bourbon with the Mad Hatter’s Teaparty, I thought it would be fun to make a special Tealeaves Vermouth!”
