This Tea Cocktail pairs our tart Cassis Tea with the fragrant juniper in Bombay Sapphire Gin for a layered taste. Topped up with Cottonworth Sparkling Wine and garnished with lemon, this is the effervescent drink for all those occasions when you dress (or mix) to impress. Cheers to those summer soirées!

Ingredients

  • 35 Millilitres
    Bombay Sapphire Gin Infused with Tealeaves Cassis Tea (Master Blend No. 2011)
  • 25 Millilitres
    Lemon Juice
  • 25 Millilitres
    Sugar Syrup
  • -
    Top Up with Cottonworth Sparkling Wine

Steps

  1. Shake the first 3 ingredients and double strain in a martini glass.

  2. Top up with Cottonworth or other sparkling wines.

  3. Garnish with a lemon spiral.
