A vacuum siphon allows for the rapid infusion of teas and herbs in your favorite liquor– the perfect way to concoct a quick and easy cocktail in less than five minutes!

 

Rapid Infusion with a Vacuum Siphon

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 200 Millilitres
    Queensborough Gin
  • 25 Grams
    TEALEAVES Lemon Verbena Blend

Steps

  1. Using a vacuum syphon, boil the liquid until it rises to the top chamber.

  2. Place the lemon verbena tea inside, and place the lid on top.

  3. Let it infuse for a few minutes.

  4. Remove the siphon from the heat. The liquid will move back to the bottom chamber.

  5. Chill slightly by rubbing ice against the bottom chamber.

  6. Remove the infusion and make a Queensborough Gin Fizz!
