Heat honey with fresh juices in microwave, just until the honey melts.
Place all of the above ingredients in a bar blender and add in the honey and fruit juices.
Get happy with the blender!
Once marinade is fully mixed, place the desired amount of salmon to be marinated in a vessel for cold storage. Then pour the marinade over the fish.
Marinate for 24 hours.
Remove the fish from marinade about 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Roast, grill, or broil the salmon to your liking.
