Ingredients

Blueberry Relax Herbal Syrup

Jetlag Fizz

  • 2 oz 209 Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • ½ cup Seltzer Water
  • 1.5 oz Blueberry Relax Herbal Syrup

Instructions

Blueberry Relax Herbal Syrup

  1. Heat blueberries, water and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat and add 2 Relax teabags (infuse 3 min).
  3. Strain out blueberries and teabags. Refrigerate.

Jetlag Fizz

  1. Combine all ingredients (except syrup) in cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify.
  3. Add ice to chill and shake again.
  4. Pour into a large glass, neat. Gently add the syrup. Enjoy!
