Add egg white to mixing glass.
Squeeze lemon and add lemon juice to glass.
Pour in dry curaçao, Uncle Val gin, and Harmony syrup.
Shake and pour over ice, in a serving glass.
Garnish with mint sprig and maraschino cherries.
Heat water and steep Harmony (Master Blend No.1116) loose leaf blend for 4+ minutes. Set aside.
Add 2 parts sugar, 1 part steeped Harmony blend tea to saucepan.
Heat & melt together, mixing so as not to burn sugar.
Set aside to cool.
