Dance of the Snowflakes

Snowflakes waltz around a delicate cocktail of Sugar Plum Fairy rooibos and spiced rum. Mixologist Christina Mercado brings out the blend’s fruitiness with a dash of orange blossom vodka and a concentrated simple syrup of the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Served in a sugar ornament featuring intricate designs, this holiday cocktail is as beautiful as the Sugar Plum Fairy’s dance.

Notes from Christina Mercado, Mixologist at Vanderbilt Grace:

“We spent a day pouring and molding sugar into the shape of an ornament to use as a glass for the cocktail. We then spent a second day painting and decorating each of the sugar ornaments. Every single ornament is different – we didn’t replicate the colors or designs.”
