5 Centimeters a Second

Serves 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 Ounces
    Pisco
  • 1 Ounce
    Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 Ounces
    TEALEAVES Cherry Blossom green tea syrup
  • Dash
    Foamer
  • For Garnish
    Peychuad's Bitters

Steps

  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker tin, add ice and hard shake for 10-12 seconds.

  2. Strain into short coup.

  3. Drop 3-4 drops of Peychuad’s Bitters on top, and draw blossoms atop
    foam using toothpick.
