Your FAQs, Answered
For White Blossom

White tea should be steeped for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180°F or 89°C.

White tea is traditionally grown in China and is only harvested for a few days each year before the Spring rain starts. This is when the silver downy hairs appear on the young unopened buds of the tea plant, hand picked for their freshness and delicate nature.

White tea is what we like to call a self-drinker. It should be served plain with no additions, to preserve the delicate palate it presents.

I'm not just TEAsing you!

This particular tea has very subtle tastes and a nice bouquet. It is a light tea and does not leave a lingering after-taste. From the three teas which I purchased from you, THISA is my favorite. Don't use my "teasing you" comment unless you quote ME, Bec cause I have the copyright for it in my book entitled 'RULES OF THE GAME', which you can find on Amazon and on Kindle when you search my name, Robert Harris Blum. Thank you!
