About This Blend
Like a painter approaching his canvas, the TEALEAVES Tea Master approaches a new blend equipped with a palate of flavors and aromas. Deftly layering flavors, he creates teas with exceptional complexity and meaning, capturing the inspiration for the blend. An uncompromising craftsman, he will not accept mediocrity, choosing to destroy blends he is not happy with rather than let them pass another's lips. The Tea Master's blending philosophy is simple; allow the radiance and purity of each element to shine and intertwine in anarchic harmony. The essence of tea is slow and intentional, not seeking but open to inspiration from art and beauty in everyday life.
Herbal blends should be steeped for 5+ minutes at a temperature of 212°F or 100°C.
Herbal blends typically contain a variety of plant herbs, spices, flowers, roots, berries, and barks, while tisanes are typically infusions of just dried fruits and berries.
Herbal blends do not typically contain any caffeine (because there is no camellia synensis in herbal blends), although they may contain stimulating herbals such as yerba mate. It is important to always check the ingredient listing, and if in doubt about if it is safe for your consumption, consult professional medical advice.
