Ingredients

Tealeaves Organic Long Life Green Tea-infused Gin

Rosemary Cucumber Syrup

  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Cucumber Juice | roughly 2 cucumbers, pushed through vegetable juicer with skin intact
  • 5 cups Sugar
  • 5 Rosemary Sprigs

Benzaiten

Garnish

  • Rosemary, Cucumber

Instructions

Tealeaves Organic Long Life Green Tea-infused Gin

  1. Infuse Organic Long Life Green Teabag in gin (25 min).
  2. Remove teabags.

Rosemary Cucumber Syrup

  1. Make simple sugar syrup, remove from heat and add rosemary. Let cool (60 min).
  2. Strain out rosemary and add cucumber juice. Refrigerate.

Benzaiten

  1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously. Double strain into chilled coupette.
  3. Garnish and enjoy!
