With strong pedigree in French, Spa, low-carb, diabetic, California, Italian, German, Pacific Rim and all Mediterranean cuisines, Chef Frank is also an expert in food and wine pairing. No matter how simple or complex, attention to detail, an extreme sense of urgency, upholding traditions of pride taught to him by many great chefs are all represented on each plate served by Chef Frank.
