The Opportunity

We are in the fourth year of a transformation: expanding the brand from a B2B focus to one inclusive of B2C. Role Description:


Key Functions

  • Short-term Strategy (Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, SOP and Business Objective-centric workflows)
    • Develop, refine and ensure adherence to scalable SOP for interdisciplinary teams
    • Manage technical aspects of brand operations, including QA, testing, troubleshooting
    • Present and analyze campaign and product performance, including click and conversion rates and analytics to arrive at consumer insights and evolve strategies
    • Manage and implement changes and updates to the e-commerce store
  • Long-term Strategy (does the current workflow and SOPs meet the defined business objectives, what are future business objectives and how does the Operations department answer the Brief?)
    • Coordinate and implement strategic projects within Interdisciplinary Team (akin to project management)
    • Create and manage regular reporting on marketing KPIs against goals
    • Ideate, develop, executive and analyze e-commerce strategic plans in conjunction with Creative, Film, Visual Design and Production teams


Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Able to work in Canada
