Tsang is a graduate of the Kellogg Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with an Executive Master’s Degree of Business Administration, as well as of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Toisanese, Tsang also serves as a board member of the Good Rock Foundation in Hong Kong.
His past experiences include various food and beverage positions at the Four Seasons and St. Regis hotels in New York, as well as spending time in the role of Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong.
