Abu Sbaitan has impressive work experience, working for many first-class hotels around the world, including the Grand Hyatt Dubai Hotel and the Hyatt Regency Taba Heights Hotel in Egypt. His vast knowledge in international cuisine and culinary arts has greatly enriched the Grand Hyatt Amman's dining experience.
