After serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Mobil Five Star and AAA Five Diamond St. Regis New York for more than two years, Megan Gray joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ latest development as Director of Food and Beverage for The St. Regis Atlanta.

In her new role, Gray brings a legacy of experience with the brand’s bespoke service as she oversees The St. Regis Atlanta’s food offerings, including Paces 88, The St. Regis Bar, The Long Gallery, The Wine Bar, Poolside Bar & Café, In-room private dining and all banquet and catering management.

Gray’s commitment to enduring standards and exacting business acumen has made her a connoisseur of culture and an ambassador for elegance. Prior to joining The St. Regis New York, she was Managing Director of the Larkspur Restaurant in Vail, Colorado, for nearly three years. While at the Larkspur she managed, interviewed and trained the staff while assisting with marketing initiatives and events for the restaurant, which has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year from 2000 to 2008 for outstanding wine cellar experience.

Before her Directorship at the Larkspur, Gray gained valuable experience as the Dining Room Manager at the Silver Sage Restaurant at the Red Sky Ranch Golf Club near the legendary Vail and Beaver Creek Mountain Resorts. During her time at Red Sky, she assisted in the club’s opening, as well as in the private membership clubhouse, which featured two courses designed by golf legends Tom Fazio and Greg Norman. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
