As a citizen of the world, Dieter Xiao was born in Spain with Chinese parents. He left Madrid to attend university in the USA, where he obtained his M.S. and B.S in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration.
Over the past twenty years, Dieter has taken various assignments in Europe, Asia and North America, all in the Food and Beverage industry. He is very thankful for the opportunity to do what he does best every day and hopes to be able to give such global education to his two sons in the future.
