Award-winning Chef Calvin Belknap is Executive Director of Food and Beverage at the legendary Omni Mount Washington Resort. Highly skilled in the culinary arts, Belknap considers it his mission to indulge the expectations of sophisticated diners at the hotel's classic Dining Room. Since joining the resort in 2002, his focus on lighter fare and concentrated flavours has been met with overwhelming success.

Belknap's expertise is reflective of his vast experience at top resorts and the myriad accolades earned throughout his career. He joined the Omni Mount Washington Resort from Colonial Williamsburg and The Williamsburg Inn in Virginia, where he was Corporate Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage.

In 2001, Belknap's Dining Room at The Williamsburg Inn was named one of the best restaurants on the continent by Distinguished Restaurants of North America, received the National Restaurant Association Award of Excellence for Service, Wine and Food; the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence; and an AAA Four-Diamond Rating. Along with three medals won in international competitions, including one for the U.S. Culinary Olympic Team, Belknap received the Blue Plate Award from Epicurean.
