HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Delivery within North America:
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for ground delivery, and approximately 3-5 business days for express delivery.

International delivery:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping within Greater Vancouver:
As a thank you to our local customers, we are currently offering complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the GVRD while in transition to our new retail tearoom. In order to receive this promotion, please order by phone at 1-604-736-1207. Your shipping address must be within Greater Vancouver in order to qualify for this promotion.

Shipping to the U.S. and Canada:
- The rate for ground shipping within Canada and the Continental U.S. is $9.95.
- Standard shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is always $25.00.
- We provide complimentary ground shipping for orders over $100.
- Express shipment is available for $28.95.

International Shipping:
We ship worldwide, and the shipping cost will be determined by the weight and dimensions of your order as well as the shipping location. Please place your order by e-mail at mailorder@tealeaves.com if you wish to receive an estimated shipping quote, or by phone at 1-604-736-1207.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For delivery within the United States:
You will receive an automated email notification from FedEx services which will include your tracking number.

For delivery within Canada:
You can request Canada Post tracking information through the Order Notes section prior to checkout, or by e-mail to mailorder@tealeaves.com after the order has been processed.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT?

It is optional. If you wish not to provide a signature upon delivery, please select the option "No Signature Required".

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN FEDEX DELIVER MY ORDER?

If you are not home to sign for the package, FedEx will leave a note on your front door and advise when they will return. In total FedEx makes three attempts; after the third attempt, FedEx will re-direct the package back to our warehouse. If you know in advance you will not be home to sign for the package, please make sure upon check out that you select the option "No Signature Required".

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON TEA?

Tea is considered a food product; therefore we are not able to accept any returns on tea due to possible food contamination and for liability reasons. If you are not satisfied for any other reason, please contact our office directly at 1-888-291-TEAS (8327).
