This tea was blended to showcase how meticulous artisan blending techniques can properly balance medium-tannic Young Hyson green teas (mountainous harvests) with the character of fruits. The tangy citrus fruit is expertly blended with sweet natural pear, enhancing the green tea's soft, slightly-tannic tones and resulting in a rich yet fresh finish.
