TO MAKE MULLED SPICE CIDER

Method 1:
01   Heat up 8-10 oz pure apple juice or cider (using either an espresso machine wand, or heat on the stove).
02   Pour hot cider into warmed teapot or mug, over 1 teaspoon of Mulled Spice Cider spices, or use a tea infuser.
03   Steep for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength.
04   Strain (or remove infuser), garnish with a cinnamon stick, and enjoy!

Method 2:
01   Using 1 teaspoon Mulled Spice for every 8-10 oz apple juice, place ingredients into a pot.
02   Simmer on medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength.
03   Strain into a warmed teapot or mugs.
04   Serve, garnished with a cinnamon stick!

FOR THE GROWN-UPS:
01   Add a shot of rum or whisky in each cup and top with hot Mulled Spice Cider.
02   Enjoy!

These spices are also blended for mulling red wine (we suggest a robust cabernet).
