Where do you ship to and what is the shipping cost?
Shipping to the U.S. and Canada: The ground rate for shipping within Canada and
the U.S. is $9.95. We provide complimentary ground shipping for orders over $100.
Express shipment is available for $28.95.
Shipping International: We ship world wide, the cost for shipping will be
determined by the weight and dimension of your order and location to where the
product is too be shipped. Please place your order by phone if you wish to receive
an estimated shipping quote 1-888-291-TEAS (8327).
How long does it take to receive an order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order, 7-10 days for deliver.
For Express 3-5 business days.
Do you accept returns on teas?
Tea is considered a food product; therefore we are not able to accept any
returns on tea due to food contaminations and for liability reasons.
If you are not satisfied for any other reason, please contact our office directly
at 1-888-291-TEAS (8327).
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your Internet or Phone order, just click on the
Order Status link at the bottom of every page. Please remember that you
must be a registered customer and signed in to your account. To check the

Can I order bulk online?
At the present moment, you can only order the bulk teabags on-line.
Please call 1-888-291-TEAS (8327) to order our looseleaf teas in bulk.
Are funds in U.S. or Canadian dollars?
At the present moment, the pricing on our website is in U.S. funds. We are in
the midst of updating our website to reflect both currencies. Please stay tune and
visit our website regularly for new and exciting options and products.
Can I send the package as a gift?
Yes you can! You can ship the package as a gift by entering a different shipping
address upon check out. Please also note the name of the person receiving the gift.
Do you do gift cards or gift wrapping?
Yes, you may purchase a gift card on line with any denominations.
Gift wrapping is currently not available, please visit us regularly
tealeaves.com for updates on gift wrapping and future promotions.
How long is the tea good for?
To ensure your tea stays fresh, please ensure you:
- keep it in T’s food safe storage tins, with the lid closed.
- keep away from direct heat and sun, best kept in a cool location.
- Keep away from spices, strong aromas, etc.
If you follow most to all of the above, your tea can continue to stay fresh for up to 1-year.
Do I have to provide a signature to receive product?
You do not have to be home when FedEx delivers your order. Please make sure upon check out that you select the option "No Signature Required".
What if I’m not home when FedEx comes by to delivery?
If you are not home to sign for the package, FedEx will leave a note on your front
door and advise when they will return. In total FedEx makes three attempts; after
the third attempt, FedEx will re-direct the package back to our warehouse.
If you know in advance you will not be home to sign for the package, please make
sure upon check out that you select the option "No Signature Required".
