It started out as an experimental composition, an attempt to create three distinct layers of flavour: the freshness of mint, followed by the mild apple-like medium tones of chamomile, and in the backend and on the edge of the structure of taste, allspice. The result was a modern and melodious masterpiece, a perfect blend of complexity and ease in a teacup!
In concert with the herbal philosophy, Harmony is well-suited as a digestive aid and for detoxification purposes. It also makes an excellent, bracing, and healthy iced tea.

Harmony was the first in a series of blending innovations that contemplated the query, how does one make a simple herbal infusion into a connoisseur beverage?
This blend was made in early 1995 and sought to create three distinct layers of flavour: freshness of mint, apple-like tones of chamomile, and allspice. Rather than yielding one single dimensional flavour, the Harmony master blend demonstrates how herbals can yield the round, complex cup normally attributed to Camellia sinensis teas with unique terroir.
