This tea was first blended to show how meticulous artisan blending techniques can properly balance medium-tannic Young Hyson green teas (mountainous harvests) with the character of fruits. Pears are one of the world's most popular fruits, having been cultivated in China for millennia. In this tea, natural pear enhances the green tea's soft, slightly-tannic tones. Great served iced or hot!
